Urgent/Emergent Referrals and Emergency Patient Transfers

If you are a physician and would like to request an urgent or emergent consultation or emergency patient transfer (patient is already hospitalized) to Dr. Spoonamore at the USC Center for Spinal Surgery at USC University Hospital, please call 323-442-5300 and ask to speak directly with Dr. Spoonamore, chief resident, or medical assistant, because you wish refer a patient urgently. This call will still be directed to Dr. Spoonamore or a covering physician via an answering service even after normal business hours.

If you are a physician and would like to request a NON-URGENT patient consultation appointment with Dr. Spoonamore, you may request this by: 1) Telephone or 2) E-mail
